I saw this idea over at We Met in A Bar. It’s just a plain glass jar, dressed up with some really nice ribbon in a color of your choice. A quick Google search yielded these Ball canning jars. Depending on the size, you could get a 12 pack for as little as $6.99.
That means you could go from here…

To here…

For pretty cheap. Especially if you grow and cut your own flowers. (Yeah, we can talk about that later)

My friend did this for her wedding. We wrapped gold organza ribbon around mason jars. It was so pretty and easy. We’ll be doing this for our wedding as well. Another idea I found was using old tin cans wrapped in paper. Why buy or rent vases? Good luck with your planning!

I do love this! The color combo is really cute! I like the design and it’s a great jar.
I also think the layout is really neat! Hope your wedding is fabulous! When I needed to purchase wedding favors I always see http://www.americanbridal.com. If you’re interested more on Table Decorations & Wedding Decoration Ideas, just see it up.

Tina Miller: If I were you, I would check out Pier 1 for placemats. They always have great end-of-summer sales. Or, you can check out weddinglinensdirect.com; they have organza overlays for under $7.00. A friend of mine used brown ones for her wedding and it looked really elegant.

I adore this look and want to use it for my wedding, but I’m wondering if this will make a large enough centerpiece on a round table for 10?
