I was in a wedding of my girlfriend's over the summer and she had her reception at the museum. It was great and the food was delicious too, especially since all of the wedding party were famished after such a long day. I booked my venue about 3 weeks ago and I moved on to photographers and I am thinking about the cake as well. However, make the dress and bridesmaids dresses and top priority during this time as well. Once you get your dress, you have to get your ladies dressed.
