That was a great story. I hope that you were able to incorporated both the necklace and the handkerchiefs. I am not as lucky to have my grandmas hankies but I did get her china =0. For those brides who would still like the vintage feel of a hankie but didn’t have one passed down, go to weddinghandkerchiefshop.com, a site that has the most beautiful selection. The needle work on these handkerchiefs are amazing and probably the closest I am going to get. This way I can start the tradition and pass them down to my children.

I was at a wedding once and the bride was given her late grandfathers hanky. She used it around her bouquet instead of ribbon or silk, it was beautiful and so nice to have him as part of her big day!
